Hi! I am Julie and I am a mom of 3, a holistic nutritionist and brain health coach who specializes in supporting mental wellness with proper nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and a dash of adventure!

 

I am the founder of ‘’The Happiness Reset Adventure’’, a VIP personalized nutrition & lifestyle coaching program specifically designed to help overwhelmed parents reclaim their family’s mental health.

 

I work with parents who struggle with mood, anxiety, ADHD, anger, depression or simply lack of motivation, or have children who struggle with these issues. 

 

Parents are constantly stressed out and worried for their family’s wellbeing.  They also feel guilty and powerless when faced with a child who is struggling with mental health issues, while for many struggling with their own mental wellness.  As a holistic nutritionist and brain health coach, I provide parents solutions that WORK, so they can start getting results immediately for themselves, with the goals of becoming role models for their children. 

 

My recommendations use a combination of whole foods, lifestyle scientifically backed principles & specific brain nutrients so you CAN find the self-control, joy and motivation you need to THRIVE. By becoming the person your soul longs to be, you are teaching your family to live an abundant life, filled with joy, self-awareness and adventures!

 

Once understood, my simple principles to a happy brain and life, allow you to start feeling IN CONTROL OF YOUR MOODS, ENERGIZED, & CALM once again, so YOU can develop your true potential and teach your family to do the same!
